Item came in bubble wrap so was crushed on arrival. Some of the flowers were dented and some of the feathers were bent. They seem puffed up, maybe they'll look better in the morning. Beautiful color, love the feather accents and the pearly floral centers. The seller should consider storing and shipping in a carton to avoid wrinkles and squeezing. I'll see how it goes in a few days to decide if I want to try going back and getting a new one. This is a truly amazing birdcage veil, I am pleased with the product itself.
