Great customer experience through all stages
The team at Clustervo is very responsive to any questions we have, whether it's technical or otherwise. They also offer great support for our infrastructure needs! We are currently using them as a managed service provider (MSP) but they do many other things including hosting virtual machines and working with cloud providers like AWS & Azure. At this time there aren't too much issues that I can think of except maybe some minor performance improvement here and there which isn’t really an issue per se since their services work perfectly fine now.
Pros
- Fast response times from friendly staff
- Great customer care/support network
- Lotsa options available all types ranging across different pricing tiers depending if you need enterprise grade features OR simply want something low cost.
- Good VM monitoring dashboard
Cons
- Performance seems slightly slow compared against competitor offerings when dealing wth large amounts data; however not by enough where i'd consider
