We have been using Bot Platform for quite some time now. It is robust enough to handle all of our needs for automation, from integration with Slack (internal) and Teams (external), via the ability to make API integrations with various SaaS platforms we need to integrate with (eg, AWS). Bot Platform provides an intuitive user interface - very basic things such as simple form based tasks or scheduling are fairly straightforward. Support is also quite good at helping you set up new features and customizations on demand. They are flexible in adapting to your needs too. There is nothing I dislike about the Bot Platform so far except perhaps the initial implementation experience, which has improved over time though. Our main benefit would be being able to automate most task related things within team/communication applications. This frees our resources to focus on building value for customers rather than on maintaining status updates or responding to incoming tickets from colleagues. I like that it is very easy to use and there are many templates to choose from. It is very easy to get started. I dislike that it is a little expensive. I think it is a great way to automate processes and save time. I am able to use the tool to create a bot for a customer service chat. This allows me to answer questions and help customers without having to talk to them.
