Nice bedspread. It's lightweight and just what I was looking for. In the picture it looks more like the thickness of a bedspread, but the bedspread is usually used to lie on top of thicker bedspreads, but can also be used alone. I was also a little annoyed when I first opened the box to see that the colors were darker than they first looked, but they match my bedroom color very well. I ordered a king bed to replace my queen based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. I'm not wearing a skirt and wanted to make sure the feathers weren't showing. I pulled on my vertical striped bedspread and it fits exactly how I wanted it to. Mine is more for decoration so I won't wash it often as it flakes off while I sleep. The cushions have nice stitching and I don't see any flaws, they are also only used for decoration so I don't see a need to wash this set. Although the pads are designed for king size pillows (since I bought king size pillows) I just put them on top of the king size pillows and they fit my queen bed easily. Very happy to see this whole set assembled. I've also included a photo of how it was on my queen and the colors match the photo I took. As already mentioned, they are much darker than in the photo. It's a deep red, almost brick red, but it matches the rusty curtains in my bedroom. Even if my room is turquoise, the turquoise in it makes it pop. I really love this set!
