This is great for what I need it for. A screw is loose on the bottom and the touchpad is very worn. It was definitely used before me. There are no stickers on the bottom. The i7 kernel sticker looks brand new but the windows 10 sticker is falling off. The computer itself works and works as expected! I like the backlight and the touchscreen. The battery lasts all day or longer! Being able to slide the screen back very far helps a lot! The charger was there. Windows 10 Pro is a nice touch. The packaging was odd, not discreet, and paperwork was missing.
