Unfortunately my son couldn't get it to work properly, even after many mistakes. They arrived in pairs and worked fine for a day, but then the earbuds randomly detached and you could only use one at a time. In its settings, the phone shows each earbud as a separate Bluetooth device, but you can only connect to one at a time. We both read all the reviews and Q&A on the product page and after a lot of trial and error he was able to follow the advice to pair them again by turning off Bluetooth and "forgetting" the devices to reset. But then they did the same thing again and he couldn't get them to connect. He uses a OnePlus 7T phone. It's a shame because they fit well, charge relatively quickly and sound great. But they're useless if you can't use both earbuds together.
