GE side-by-side refrigerator Freezer temperature rise correction.

Check this first. Look at the back of the freezer and make sure no ice is getting through the vents. If so, the defrost heater is probably not working. Find a YouTube video on replacing the defrost heater. Really a very easy DIY project. 30 minutes.
