cracked screen on traditional laptop
not even two weeks ago and the laptop wouldn't charge and then i was surprised to see a crack on my screen after i closed and opened my laptop and then Microsoft expects you to pay for the damage caused by creating the T-shirt product. and they have a history of these things having problems. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on I Mac or Dell, and that's coming from someone who's been buying a Microsoft product for a year despite having a Zune
