Light in IKEA tower dimmable and then decided to fill it with colored light. Very glad I did. It soon became something of an obsession as now every light in my apartment has a tint and that's over 50 lights. I didn't use colored lightbulbs for my bathroom and office. I tried the colored ones in the bathroom first but found I never needed them so I moved them to other rooms. There are fun apps that my nephews and nephews who put on light shows enjoy playing (OnSwitch is their favorite). I've attached a picture I took when I first started playing with them. I pair them with the Philips Hue Tap Switch, which I keep next to the couch, to quickly switch the room to presets. I have motion sensors in the hallways (who turns the lights on and off at the other end?) and they're set to turn on the dimmer at night to find your way to the bathroom without blinding me. I've attached a few extreme examples, but mostly I just have autumnal sunset colors, not that dramatic. I love that you can match the color temperature to the sunlight during the day so your lights match the light outside, almost like skylights.
