Easy to use interface with multiple templates available; easy navigation between tasks/documents in one screen view which is extremely helpful when you are having more than 1 document open at any time (you might end up working from 2 or 3 different screens). The pricing could be better but this isn't an issue as I understand that they want their users to feel comfortable about paying what seems like high prices yet it's not so much of problem once everything has been set-up correctly! Also there was nothing specific we disliked however, some people may dislike how long certain documents take before being able complete them due mostly because of formatting issues e.g., tables etc - if your team uses Radads then make sure someone who understands word properly edits these docs. We were looking into creating our own electronic file storage system where each employee would upload files pertaining only his / her department thus saving us alot o paper cost & also ensuring confidentiality.
