I like that it is easy for my employees, as well as myself, to access their benefit information from anywhere in our office or home with internet connectivity at any time! It can be quite overwhelming when you have such an important system working so perfectly but there are definitely some features which could use improvement (esp regarding mobile app). We've been able to find answers quickly whenever we need them - whether they're questions about plans/benefits etc., scheduling appointments through your phone during business hours, finding out if someone's gone sick without having had too many calls returned, getting notifications via email after updating details online.
