Great for a newborn! Cybex has great customer support!

I love how my newborn sits in this car seat. For my first born I had a normal Maxi Cosi car seat and his head was always baby for him and I was always afraid that he would have breathing problems in it. This is what the newborn insert is really good for and makes it where the baby lays flatter and looks very comfortable. We got a buggy bass that didn't latch into the car seat. I emailed cybex on Friday morning and provided the photos and they shipped the new base the same day!
