Not too tight, not too loose.
I'm 5-6 inches tall, size 150 and they fit me perfectly. I bought the Small in gray and white. Usually these shirts have sleeves that are too long or too tight around my chest and armpits, but this one fits really well. I wear them under my polo shirt when flying.
