The most helpful feature is that it checks my site in several places so I can see where there are issues before they become an issue for me! Also, you're notified right away of any outages or downtimes with one click to help speed up our response time even more if needed (also helps reduce downtime). There's nothing about this tool as far we know - other than what was said above- but maybe their support team could give further info? We've only just started using them now after looking into 3 others previously including Pingdom/Gargoyle which have been discontinued recently by who else?! GoDaddy :P This has given us peace knowing all sites live behind Cloudflare DNS servers meaning very little risk should something go wrong beyond normal maintenance times when people aren't actively working here during those days etc.. It also provides redundancy within ourselves too I like that it is constantly checking my site, not only once per week or every few months as other services do-it's great to have confidence in knowing what you're getting yourself into for business! It can be costly so make sure this service fits with how much money/resources are available within an organisation before committing - we found its price was higher than our budget but realised later down the line after using their monitoring system (and saving us lots of time!).
