Great headlights, would love to find a flood beam but they show further than fog glasses. I basically wanted something that would just light up the night, but they work pretty well when aimed correctly. The cases are solid, they stay in place and don't move. The covers are sturdy, look great and are easy to remove, a little trickier to replace, but they won't come off unless you want them to. As the lenses are glass it is important to use caps when not using light sources to prevent sand pitting and stone chipping/breaking in order to get the maximum life out of them. Mine are hooked up independently of the headlights; The instructions show how to hook up headlights (like these) so they turn on with the high beam (plus they have a switch to keep them off); Fog lights are linked to the low beam. With beams aimed so the centers touch the road surface 50-75 meters in front of you, they do a fantastic job of boosting your high beams or can be used without headlights to see from afar. Pencil beams don't illuminate trenches very well at close range unless you aim that way on purpose, but then they don't help with distance. Great lights and I don't understand how LED stands can do something like this.
