Review on Professional Chef Caron BBQ Grill Mat - Set of 2, Nonstick and Ultra-Slick, 17" x 13" with Extra Thickness of .25mm by Holly Garcia

I bought these a few days ago and used them for a whole BBQ last night with a variety of meats and veggies. I often use grill mats and am pretty sure of my opinion. This was my first time using this brand and I have to say I am VERY impressed. The mats are large (which is a great feature on the one hand). However, they cooked my meat with grill marks and also kept the juice and left no imperfections in the shape of my burgers. were on the grill. My asparagus and zucchini grilled well and my tomato pearls and mushrooms are packed with juice and flavor. I especially like the non-stick surface which makes cleaning a lot easier than other mats I've used. All in all this is a great product. I can upgrade as I have been using them for a long time but as a grill chef. I like this product so far.
