Same size as clear NFL bag. Lots of space - you can put a sweater or a small jacket. I like the outside pockets (with magnet closure) for frequently used items. I love that it has a zip closure and two external mesh pockets for a water bottle or even a small umbrella. I use it as a shoulder bag, I don't like the Velcro that much - too chunky and clunky. But overall a great bag for these purposes.
