We bought these to give our master bedroom a cool, modern look and we love how it turned out! The assembly is a bit tedious, but quite easy. We first measured and marked the desired length of hanger for the hanger, then secured the wires in place and attached to the ceiling. Then we mounted everything else to the already hanging wires. When we placed the last glass cylinder we noticed that it had a crack where a hole had been drilled in the glass. We contacted the seller who immediately sent a new cylinder free of charge. Excellent customer service! Basically we are very satisfied. The quality is good, especially for the price - similar lamps from other manufacturers were more expensive. We also like that the bulbs are interchangeable, so you can easily replace the bulb when it burns out or when you need a different color of light. With built-in LEDs, you have to throw away the entire pendant light/fixture.
