Review on Enhance Field Tracking with Coastal Pet Nickel-Plated Cow Bell and Black Nylon Strap by Karen Mabey

This is a quality product, Made in USA (Remington Licensed), Nickel Plated Steel, Dog Tracker/Training Tool. We use it on small dogs to track their whereabouts. A dog loves "his bell” very much and associates it with waking up and the beginning of the day (we take it off at night). Hunter friends use these bells to track their sporting dog's location in tall grass while hunting birds. The "small" bell is 1.25 inches high, 1.25 inches wide and 1 inch deep. It comes with a heavy duty 2.5 inch black flat nylon lanyard. a strap that can be used to put on and take off the bell on sporting dog collars. The bell is too long for a looped puppy. We've ditched the loop strap in favor of a more compact stainless steel key ring to attach the bell directly to the existing metal D-loop/tag loop on the dog collar. A small bell is loud enough to be useful but not too loud. It actually has a nice sound, unlike the typical Tractor Supply / CAL Ranch Supply cattle bells that make "awkward/clunky" noises.
