Review on OTACI Rose Passion Brow Serum by Heather Artis

Whether it's this serum or my aging genes, I've seen little improvement in the condition of my lashes. I will not use it on my brows because they are so good. One thing I don't like is the way this serum is delivered or applied, especially compared to their instructions which are impossible for me to follow. It should only be applied to the eyelids and not to the lower lashes. Sorry, but when this material falls on the upper eyelids due to gravity, it also falls on the lower eyelids. But this is normal, because this serum does not irritate the eyes at all. To use the upper lash line application method you really need a decent eyeliner brush which they don't supply. Instead, it's a dropper, and the liquid is almost like water. Serious? How is that supposed to work without getting drops directly in the eye? Well what I do is put a drop or two directly in the center of the eyelid between the brow and lash area. Then rub gently over the eyelid and lashes. Yes, even the lower lashes. It's beautiful and my eyelid skin is also well cared for, which is worth it. I had no trouble using this serum this way. You do whatever works and this method works best for me. My lashes seem to be a bit stronger but I can't say they look as nice, thick and long as they did when I was much younger and I always got compliments on my lashes. I think they can really only help maintain what is growing nice and strong, but they don't seem to be doing much to encourage what your body just can't do anymore.
