I was surprised how much I liked this curry. My horse was trimmed when I got him and I'm always a bit wary of a heavy curry brush on his barely there coat. We always leave the area of the saddle pad uncleaned, but the rest is usually shaved off. HE LOVED IT! And I was able to season it firmly without worrying that it was too much. The "bristle" is just enough to cushion my efforts and strong enough to give him the real friction he wants. Good weeder. best suited for a very short coat.
