The description says "Once the camera is triggered, pictures or videos will be sent to you (sic) in the mobile app" but that's true Not. The video is not sent at all. It sends a low-quality JPG thumbnail when set to send videos. Sending multiple images is set to send only one image. If sending images and videos is set, only an image and a JPG thumbnail will be sent. I didn't check if there are other photos or videos on the SD card because it's difficult to get to the place where I use the camera. Therefore, this camera should do what is stated in the description. The promised 24/7 customer support is also not true. Also, many night shots are just a black screen with no flash. The setup is cumbersome and the app is uncomfortable for the user. The application is obviously developed by people who don't speak English. This camera system does not live up to the description and the app and manual need to be completely rewritten. I will send it back and look for a better product.
