Shortly after receiving my unit, I stuffed a box of cables and a USB-c into my Macbook Pro 2017. Initially everything worked fine and it only took 3m to set up all my cables connect cables. After about 30m my monitor started to lose sync (HDMI connection) and looped back to recover. I tried two cables, both HDMI connectors on Totu and two connectors on my monitor. Vain. I contacted the support service at the email address provided in the received documents. I didn't get an answer at first but then contacted Revain support and everything went on as usual and my issue was resolved. Well, I've actually made my decision. Basically, it occurred to me that the two HDMI cables I was using were probably older 1.x versions and could be the cause. Rummaging through my box of spaghetti cables, I found a 2.0 cable. BAMM! works like a champion. Based on that, here is my rating breakdown: Product Quality: 5 Product Appearance: 5 Product Features (Connectors): 5 Customer Support: 3 (Needs quicker response to support requests, first impressions count Documentation: 2 (HDMI 2.0 requirement should be added)
