Okay I can tell you these little water shoes are really cute and everything they have been looking for everywhere but you know why I didn't read the size chart? I always read reviews and I'm all excited when they all get five stars, but this time I went down 13 1/2 sizes to size one. My son is a size 13 they fit him they look a little small but he says he cut them comfortably and all or whatever but hey sometimes you never know when kids like something to see if it fits. I think I'll go back and buy him a size 1-2. When shopping for shoes, I think you should go one size up. Overall I'm giving them five stars because they fit him, just look a little bit so I don't know how I think you said they were spot on on the foot but I think I should have gone higher
