Funny that there were no instructions with this chair! It was easy to figure out, and the chair is great, so I didn't mind. The seat is nice and wide and the metal armrests are more comfortable than I expected. I don't know how it will hold up in the long run - the chair itself appears to be made up of clever straps (like a pool lounger) underneath the outer vinyl. Although so far so good. It doesn't have a very thick padding, but it adapts to the body quite well thanks to the strap-like design. I spend 8+ hours at my desk 6 days a week and so far I'm loving it. The only thing I doubt is the footrest. It's not very big, so my legs felt at an unnatural angle when I was resting on it. It also wobbles a bit sometimes, but it would probably be ok if it were properly dressed. I don't use a footrest so I don't care.
