No gimmicks. Great price. Better quality.

For some odd reason, nice looking and decent quality headphone stands—that are nothing more than exactly that—seem to be a rare commodity here on ebay. Having bought a number of stands, they always have some kind of flaw that ends up with me returning it shortly after buying it. Whether it be due to their odd appearance without anything on it, not fitting in with the rest of my setup's theme, having 30 other random features that I will never use, lacking proper balance/always falling over, or even somehow managing to get bent by the weight of my not-that-heavy Beyerdynamic MMX 300's after a number of weeks, all I've wanted is a simple, functional headphone stand that looks good and is nothing more than exactly that: a headphone stand. So after seeing this popped up on ebay, it really was a no-brainer for me. Yeah, $60 is quite a bit to spend on something like this but compared to other options on the site that are nearly double the price its almost a bargain. And personally, I absolutely loved the look too much. I'm an Apple guy whose a total sucker for that minimalistic design and it was pretty much exactly what I was looking for.Upon arrival, unlike other stands I've bought that would sometimes arrive rustled about in their box or would need to be assembled or would come with a small scuff on a part of it or whatever, this stand came pre-assembled, tightly and properly packaged in a made-to-fit box inside of a soft-touch rubber-like bag. No hassle, no guff, no thrills, no cheap-out aspects, no sprue hanging off, no dumb extra accessories or features to set up or plug in, nothing. Just take it out of the box and pop it on your desk and you are done.I'm probably making it sound like a much bigger deal than it really seems but, in all honesty, I can't help it. For some benign reason, out of the dozen or so stands that I've tried and after months of searching, there just isn't a single stand on this site that gets it quite right like this one. Its such a simple item that even after spending $120 on one, I've always had at least one flaw or problem. With this stand though, there is none of that.So to summarize: this is a headphone stand. It has one job and it does that job really well: being a headphone stand. Not a wireless charging stand, not a USB hub, not a glorified RGB light—just a headphone stand. If you are in the market for something minimalistic that is free of gimmicks and poor quality; this will be it and you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Pros
  • Headset stand features a matching silicone pad at the top of the headphone mount to protect your headphones and prevent scratching. Note about using this product as an Airpod Max stand: Apple AirPods Max are a darker shade of Space Gray than other Apple products and will be slightly darker than the stand, creating a dramatic contrast when displaying your headphones.
Cons
  • The design can be too plain for users looking for a more unique or eye-catching desktop accessory
