Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice for Sports and Outdoors, I can confidently say that this water bottle is a complete disappointment... Despite its dumbbell shape which appears sporty it is impractical for outdoor activities due to its heavy and bulky design. The capacity is also misleading since most of it is taken up by the dumbbell shape and not actual water. Save your money and go for a more practical option..
