Good value for money but can be difficult.
I really like the controller but I gave it 3 stars because it's a replacement unit. We have a small video company and we typically use 4 cameras on set. The problem with this controller is that sometimes it slowly approaches itself. We shoot a lot of sports and sometimes we need to apply counter pressure, especially for close-up shots of players. We standardize our gear and using the same zoom controllers is a must. So if that gives me problems, I have to buy the same one.
