These fairy garlands are beautiful

The lights are enthusiastic but there are no instructions for the remote control. There are 8 different settings for the lights and they all flash. After 2 days I figured out how to set the bulbs to stay on - they don't blink. I was so frustrated and ready to get her back before I had to take a deep breath and keep trying to get her stable. There is a timer on the remote control, but it is not yet known how it works and how long the timer lasts. There are dimmers, but the light is not dimmed or brightened. I'm also not sure how this feature works. Instructions would be very helpful!
