I'm an avid ultra runner and love this vest for everything from racing to long adventure runs. I wish it had a few zipped pockets for storing valuables or junk, but that's not that big of a deal for taking the stars off. The bags have an elasticated top to keep things in place as you pull. I've never had a problem with my phone jumping around. For long runs, I carry it with my hydration bladder on my back or use the two soft flasks that come with it. The pockets also expand amazingly to fit a large phone, windbreaker, gloves etc. I have a small chest (32A) and the small size suits me. This is a very adjustable fit. I found that I tightened the side adjustments a bit and might end up cutting the extra cord so it doesn't dangle as much, but by tying the extra cord in a slipknot they didn't bother. This vest definitely fits a variety of chest sizes.
