Review on 🔌 High-Speed Ethernet Cable with Snagless Connectors (100FT) by Seth Damain

Cable worked for slow internet (30Mbps) but when we upgraded our internet to high speed internet (400Mbps) I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I of course thought it was a problem with our ISP so I called them and had to make an appointment only for them to tell me there must be a problem with my brand new computer. So I made an appointment and drove across the county to the shop that built my computer, only to have them tell me there was a problem with the ethernet cable. So I called customer service and told them their product was defective. They agreed to a refund but wanted to charge me for the restocking as I was about 9 days outside of the return window. They insisted they couldn't collect the restocking fee so I asked if they could give me an amazon credit or gift card or whatever to cover the restocking fee as the product was defective (not my fault). The whole reason I didn't get into the return window was because I literally spent weeks fixing issues with their junk product. Our internet speed used to be 30Mbps and we only increased our internet speed to 400Mbps almost at the end of the return window. So how was I supposed to know if this "category 6 cable" was being used to capacity or not? they didn't care. To be honest I probably wouldn't be so upset if they didn't charge a restocking fee. the fact that it has cost me weeks of my personal time, the stress of multiple customer service representatives from different companies, making appointments, gas money, removing and re-tightening 200ft of cable going through 4 rooms and 3 levels and DO IT TWICE, not to mention not being able to use the high speed internet that I am paying for during this time. (By the way, to give you an idea of how disturbed I was by this experience, this is my first Amazon review. I've been using Amazon for over a decade and I've never felt so compelled to write a review until this happened . )
