Great for a half marathon! Didn't realize it was so comfortable despite all the reviews. but that! Bags in general are very comfortable and have a lot of space, but they are quite small, smaller than I expected. However, they have my keys, ID/debit card, 4 Gu-Gels, phone and some extra space. I only wish Fitly (or another company I think) made a small bladder to fit in these with a straw going towards the front shoulder area as the back is too thin for a water bottle and I prefer it , not to have two waters. bottles ahead. Selling a correct size bladder would be perfect as far as I can tell! looked at Fitley and the orange mud bottle. Fitly covers all the bases for me except water. The orange mud bottle focuses more on the water but doesn't look as comfortable. Check out the soft bottle (maybe Fitley!) for the back of the Fitley and let you know. UPDATE: A balloon has now been created for Fitli! Now, this isn't specific to the Sub 45, but I just plan on not filling it to the end. If you're looking for the perfect fit, I'd recommend getting the new Fitly running backpack in an "invisibly larger" size.
