The ability to have an offsite location for my computer workstations was extremely helpful in getting things done while I'm traveling or out working remotely from home (or anywhere).
There are some software issues with Windows 10 that make it difficult at times when using remote desktop connections - specifically related to audio/video playback through RDP sessions. Also there's not much support offered by their team online after hours during normal business days so you must rely solely upon email inquiries which can be delayed sometimes depending where they're located geographically around the world! It has been very beneficial having access to computers 24x7 without needing constant maintenance, troubleshooting etc., especially if your day job requires extensive use of technology like mine does as well. Being able solve problems quickly instead of waiting 1-2 weeks before someone gets back to me via phone call usually solves them right away versus being stuck trying other solutions until finally just.
