Good quality briefs. They offer a degree of tummy control IF you have a small bun around your waist when wearing jeans or mid rise pants. He will "contain" her. Just don't expect it to flatten your stomach. Based on some reviewers' recommendation to order 1-2 sizes larger than your usual size, I ordered a large size instead of my usual medium size. The fit is pretty good, sure it's a bit tight at the top but still not too tight to mark. I washed them with regular clothes in cold water and tumble dried on medium heat. If it's less, then not much. I would recommend these briefs if your top doesn't stick out more than 2 inches when wearing regular jeans or pants.
