My four year old daughter asked Santa for a 'robot horse'. We searched Revain looking for this horse and the FurReal horse. The FurReal horse looked more realistic, but we chose this one as it seemed more interactive with training, dancing, and music modes. It was a big hit on Christmas morning and she played with it almost every day. After about two weeks, however, the neck began to make an annoying clicking sound every time the horse turned its head completely to one side. It doesn't always happen, but it happens often enough that I contacted Revane about the trade tonight. I was initially told that my only option was a $5 discount and asked if I was ok with that. Ehm no! With manager approval, customer service was able to process a full refund. I had to place a new order for the item and have to return the defective item after the new item arrives and I can change it without my daughter noticing. Annoying but worth it because she loves this toy. I hope the new one doesn't have these problems.
