I bought this for an angel costume in college. It fit true to size for the most part. There was a decent amount of stretch to it as well so it fit snug on the waist. It was slightly long for me so I rolled it up and it worked fine for me. The length is about knee length for me and I am 5’4. It didn’t look awful rolled, but you could tell that it has been rolled. I don’t see myself wearing it again though. Luckily, it’s pretty thick to where it isn’t see through. I just found the material to not be suitable for everyday wear and I also don’t think it would look good, on me at least, for a regular outfit. It’s great for a costume though!
