I ship LOTS of boxes every day. I have tried many tapes on the market. I think the EZ starter tape is the best for several reasons: 1) It is the SILENT TAPE on the market. As I have two young children and a study next to their bedroom, having a silent cassette is very important. Almost every other tape you can find makes a high-pitched squeak when you rip the tape off the roll. It's very quiet. 2.) It really is "EZ-Start". The biggest pain for me is when the tape falls off and I have to pick it up with my fingernail and then you tear off part of it so you end up wasting a lot of tape. Even when placed on a roll of tape, it requires very little effort to pull the end of the tape up and start using it. I would recommend using a dispenser for these rolls. This makes it much easier to use. In addition, the practical tip-one tape dispenser lasts LONG. I've been using the same dispenser for almost 6 months and have shipped over 2000 boxes with it. In summary, the price of this band is higher than the generic or even premium band, but it is worth the extra cost for the luxury of a good band. A quick note: NO, this isn't the "stickiest" tape. Depending on what you're recording, if you need something really tacky, look elsewhere. For standard USPS boxes, the stickiness of this tape is fine and works well.
