Don't buy them expecting that they will last very long. My daughter has worn them 15 times in the last 2 years. Unfortunately the sock stopper fell off. The foot stop cannot be repaired because the body to which the nut is intended to attach is broken. Cannot be fixed. The second annoying problem with these skates (which was to last until my kid was too old to skate) is that the bottom of the skates sink in, it looks like their foot is standing squarely on the metal and they are no longer wearing them can . because her leg was pierced. So disappointing. I'm wondering if we accidentally got a defective pair? Or will everyone revisit when they're still cute, not painful to wear, and alive and well? Disappointed, waste of money.
