An honest review is just what I was looking for. The item is very solid and well made. However, there are not enough drywall anchors. I highly doubt it will hold 10 pounds. And a pair of jackets and jeans will probably get him off the wall. I say "probably" because I didn't waste my time on the hardware that came with it. I don't think the screws in the stud will work well because they are less than an inch long and I have a half inch of drywall that leaves little room for the screw to enter and cut the stud. So I enlarged the hole in the bracket. Bracket at 3/8 and used 1.5" screws to go into the rack. The other one wasn't next to the counter, so I used a heavy-duty wall anchor to attach it to the wall through the drywall. Would I buy again? Yes immediately. But I would buy if I knew I was replacing the hardware with something more substantial.
