I got these to continue to work on an injury. My chiropractor used one on me and it worked very well. What I learned is that the thickness and taper of the edge matters a lot. Too thick and the stone doesn't penertrate or flow along the surface of your skin well enough. Too thin and it's like using an ice scraper on your skin. These have the same taper and thickness as my chiropractor's and work very well. They are a little pale in color for rose quartz so I took one star off for that. But, they are still real rose quartz, these seem well made, and they are the right thickness and contour which is most important I've found. I've used several of the shapes already as each penetrates and works differently. For the money, a great value.
