Review on Enhanced Nintendo Switch Pro Controller - Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Edition by Diane Brown

I bought this product with the tag "used like new" but I can tell it's a lie. The sticks show significant wear marks as if they had been used fairly extensively. Lapping is of particular concern as it causes drift, so it's very frustrating to know that my controllers have been artificially reduced in lifespan. Triggers are also pretty loosened up again, as if they're being used quite heavily. Also, the right trigger is oddly firm and unstable when pulled. The entire controller is also "loose" like it will fall apart if shaken too hard. This means that there is a rattling and shaking sensation at the end. If it were really like new I'd love it for sure, but it's just awkward to use.
