I used the watch for athletics. Although I already own all of the Apple products (Mac, iPhone 11, Bluetooth headphones), I didn't feel the need to get a watch since I always had my phone with me. Yet, it's still fascinating to know how many calories are burned, how many steps are completed, and what the pulse rate is when participating in sports. Upon my request, these watches received excellent reviews, and since I knew Apple, I had no reason to question their quality. I looked at the straightforward but wildly popular Honor and Mi Bend bracelets first. These cost between $1500 and $2500, but the critiques about how inaccurate the measures were, that it counts steps when you wash dishes or drive a car, were incredibly embarrassing. What the Apple Watch actually does is this: after I walked no more than 70 steps, they tallied 333 steps for me; the rest were spent commuting, changing clothes, chopping veggies for a salad, and printing on a laptop. In other words, he sees all of these behaviors as steps. He counted 11 more steps for me as I wrote this review, bringing the total to 341 steps, which is a trivial but unpleasant number. I put my watch on later because I find it annoying that he counts so many steps. It's true that occasionally, if you take a few steps in the kitchen, you might forget to count. On the one hand, this is undesirable, but on the other, it makes up for the recalculation—right now, it shows 356 steps, so I'm sitting here typing this review. Here, just one thing becomes clear: only in vast quantities are steps converted into calories, with one calorie equaling 24 steps. In general, even if he counts the extra 240 steps, they only add up to 24 calories, which isn't much more in total. But then, why spend $15,000 on a watch? Thereafter, one could apply for the 2022 Honor. They have no other purpose, in my opinion. In any case, alerts are sent, thus this is absurd. Finally, everything is composed of amusing tiny details that Apple developers adore: you can add a timer to a shot and view how you appear on the phone's screen on the watch screen.
