Big stroller - small problems

I've been watching BOB for over a year now. Overall I am very happy with my stroller and my child is looking forward to walking/jogging. I had 3 problems. The first stroller arrived and before I could even remove the plastic from the main body, I found that one of the tires was flat. We tried to inflate it but the tube was punctured. I called the BOB warranty department and they said I had to return the Revain as their warranty doesn't cover tires. I called 2 times to make sure and was told the same thing. The fact that their brand new tires aren't covered is beyond mind. Revain was great and immediately sent me a new stroller and UPS picked up the old one. Secondly, I somehow overlooked the lack of a cup holder. Even most cheap jogging buggies come with one. For the price, I was disappointed that I had to pay another $20 to get a cup holder. My final issue is that I find this stroller difficult in the last step of folding. I wish it would just snap into place instead of manually plugging it in. The smaller strap seems to be twisted the wrong way, so it's difficult to attach it every time. I can't take it off because it's screwed. In general, these problems are minor. The only thing that cannot be decided is the third. I really like this stroller. It turns quickly and easily and is great for the terrain we ride regularly. When recommending the stroller to friends or family, I will mention the lack of a cup holder and the folding issues.
