All took about 15 minutes to install, I had my bed pad installed and people were telling me it would be more difficult to install the hooks but as long as you oil them well it does it is a piece of cake. I saved myself over $60 from the dealer. I had an OEM before and it's the same quality. Make sure you use the lube I put in the pictures. I use it for anything that needs to be screwed in and make sure you go straight with the screws.
