Exactly what I wanted

I was excited to receive this tent to use on the back of my truck. Fast delivery and it came out of the box looking great. I decided to put it together in garage to make sure I understood and it was fairly simple. Little of adjusting back and forth to get the rods evenly spaced, but not tough at all. Put it on the truck and it was a pretty good fit, not perfect, but good. Strapped down fairly easily although around the tailgate took some getting used to. Roomy inside, flaps seemed to seal well,

Pros
  • Adds an element of adventure and excitement to your camping trip
Cons
  • Creates a higher center of gravity, making the truck less stable

Easy set up for a roomy tent

I wanted something I could keep in my truck so I was prepared to camp at all times. This tent fits the truck bed, keeping you off the ground. It was an easy setup and is very roomy. I can almost stand straight up in it. It also packs up into a small bag that fits right under my backseat so it can stay in the truck. The only downside and reason for four stars are that this tent has no rainfly. You will want to keep a tarp handy if you plan to camp in the rain. It is a great tent though and I'm…

Pros
  • Double-layered construction provides extra insulation and durability, ensuring your tent lasts through the toughest outdoor conditions
Cons
  • Not enough headspace for sitting upright

One bad seam. best in my review

Purchased back in June, finally got a chance to use it. We like it a lot except the seam on the very top sleeve was sewn to narrow for the rod to fit through. Had too cut the sleeve. I'll have to fix that somehow. We did get a steady rain for about 30 minutes. Nice and dry inside.

Pros
  • Privacy Protection: The tent has 3 windows, 2 for sightseeing and 1 for hunting or observation, all double-layer design, when you sleep at night, you can pull the shading layer, put it down in the daytime after leaving the screen layer can effectively prevent the sundries fell into the tent.Convenient inner Space: With 4 mesh bags in the tent, easy to collect sundries to keep the inner space tidy.
Cons
  • Does not come with a rainfly

Truck bed Tent best in my review

I purchased this tent just before hunting season. On my trip I took it out and put it up. Slept in it for 2 nights and then relocated. At this time, the tent had been functioning as intended. While hunting late season, I went to put up the tent and I heard a "tearing" sound. This was just a quick audible sound. After inspection, I had found that the tent-pole pocket that had been sewn into the tent itself, had started to tear away from the tent. Of course, it was beyond its return window. Well,

Pros
  • Compatibility: The truck bed tent will fit for pickup truck with 5.5-6 ft bed. Compatible with F150, Ram, Silverado, Tundra, Sierra, Titan etc.
Cons
  • Limited ventilation options for warm weather camping

Fit well on truck best in my review

This tent is such a neat concept. It was very easy to assemble and was up in less than 10 minutes. The only downfall was that you have to seal the seams yourself! Why would the maker of this tent do that. It was a pain in the neck to do this ourselves. We also ended up buying a fly because this tent did not come with one, why?! Otherwise we overall liked it. Other campers were fascinate with it and always stopped to ask about it. Oh one other downfall is you can’t get in your truck and go…

Pros
  • Gives you a unique perspective on nature and the surrounding environment
Cons
  • Occupants may feel claustrophobic due to limited headroom and space

Initial rating is 3 stars- Update review

My review will be in 2 parts.Part 1Initially I am giving this tent 3 stars on 9/21/22 because one of the rod anchor points wasn't sewed which caused the rod to go straight through. I was able to fix this problem with a safety pin. It's hold the rod nicely. Also found alot of material, like loose fibers of the tent. Not sure if it's from the tent itself. The tent looks good fully assembled. I will be testing it out next weekend but so far the durability isn't promising. We will see next…

Pros
  • Offers protection from rain, wind, and other elements, allowing you to relax and enjoy your camping trip
Cons
  • The tent may become moldy or mildewed during humid weather

It needs a rain fly

Great for summer camping but not so good in the rain. It leaked at the seams and the zippers. Unable to open windows due to the rain, so moisture built up on walls. If it would come with a rain fly it would be great for winter camping. Overall a good tent and the service people are top notch! Offered a replacement or refund right away! Keeping it because I like the design and utility. :)

Pros
  • Made with top-quality materials and craftsmanship, ensuring you get a highly reliable and durable product
Cons
  • Occupants may experience motion sickness while in motion

Beach camping on my review.

Update: 6/13/22 after reaching out to the company the staff was prompt and helpful in sending out replacement poles. The communications were quick and polite, they shipped the replacement poles immediately, I received them sooner than expected. The service alone warrants the five star rating.Update: on the second use the longer door pole has begun to split despite following the directions and take care to be sure the poles were installed correctly. If the company makes good on it I’ll readjust…

Great tent - my new review

Took my 9 year old daughter what I call "glamping” for her first time. Since it was just her and I there was no adult assistance. Took me about 15 minutes to get it all set up. About two of those minutes was my realizing I used pole B instead of one of the 2 A poles on accident.Tent is great! Seals up nice and kept the bugs out, the screens allow for awesome ventilation. Being secured to the truck kept the tent from moving around in the wind. Used it for a 2 night trip and plan to use it again…

Pros
  • Exceptionally spacious for a pickup truck tent, providing ample room for you to relax and stretch out
Cons
  • Requires additional equipment to fit properly to your truck

Good overall truck tent

If you have set up tents in the past, this is very easy and typical. 3 long poles and a short one. It held nice and tight in the truck. The windows are good. Just no windows in the roof area for star gazing. I like the vent to the rear window. A big plus was it had a floor, no need for a tarp in the bed of the truck. A big disappointment for me was the no rain fly included. On our first use, the dew was very heavy and it was wet inside. Easily handled by a separate rain fly that will cover it…

Pros
  • Enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding environment while staying sheltered and comfortable
Cons
  • Only suitable for certain truck sizes

What a great tent!: my feedback

What an easy set up. Kept the wind out. We had a full camp ground set up with two RVs and all the dang kids wanted to be in my truck tent. Lol. It was a huge hit. All you need is an air mattress, a fan light and your good to go. It was super windy one day and it held up great. Definitely worth picking one up. Fits great in my Dodge Rebel smaller bed.

Pros
  • Specification: tent size--90.5 x 62.9 x 66.9 inch, package included--1 x tent, 1 x carry bag, 4 x fiberglass pole, 1 x user guide ( does not come with LED light string, if you need it, pls contact us)
Cons
  • Made of cheap materials that easily wear down

I Love It!: my feedback

I thoroughly enjoy my tent. Although I only camped in it once, I was impressed how well it stood the morning breeze. The only issue I had was that one of the clasps broke and a seam on the side pulled. Although that happened on setup, it was still good. I called and sent it back. The seller was willing to give me a refund, but I simply wanted an exchange. I look forward to using it again.

Pros
  • Provides an unforgettable camping experience
Cons
  • The tent may create significant noise while driving or during high winds

Stitching is bad but great concept

I would really like this tent if it had decent stitching. Out of the bag one of the tie downs were already coming off. On first setup it came unstitched and another tie down also came unstitched. It still works and tent is roomy so I kept it and might try to restitch it myself later. Set up was pretty easy and it fit well in the bed of a 2015 F150 Supercrew shortbed.

Pros
  • Easy to pack, making transportation and storage simple and convenient
Cons
  • The tent may shift and move while driving

Great Tent but. - my new review

Great tent but one of the straps ripped off from stitching during first use. So, I'm unsure how durable it will be. I've only used it on two camping trips during nice weather. It held up to wind really well but unsure about rain. Very large inside with plenty of room for me and my dog. So nice but too have to bend down and get into a tent!

Pros
  • Allows you to enjoy the convenience of sleeping in your vehicle without sacrificing comfort
Cons
  • Additional weight may affect the truck's fuel efficiency

Favorite Tent in my review

I used this tent for about 3 weeks on a road trip. The initial set up is a bit confusing but there is a YouTube video that walk you through it. I set it up starting in my bed which i found easier than starting on the ground and then moving it to the bed.PROS: Aluminum rods are sturdy. I did have one bend for the section for the entrance, but it didn’t make a difference in the performance.Tons of space inside, I’m 5’4” and could almost stand up straightHad wind gusts of 10-15mph one night and…

Pros
  • Allows you to enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of nature while staying comfortable and protected
Cons
  • No flooring, leaving the occupants exposed to dirt and debris

good product by needs a top vent or rain fly

i got this for my ram and it fits great and did a great job with keeping the rain out. my recommendations would for there to be a rain fly so that you can have the windows open and not have to pick between fresh air or keeping dry. also because there is not fly and you cant keep the windows open at night ( if its raining ) and there is not vent at the top of the tent for condensation to escape. since there is no fly or vent, we had to keep the windows closed at night ( it was raining ) and no…

Pros
  • Saves you money on expensive hotels or other forms of accommodations
Cons
  • The truck bed may become damaged or scratched during set up or take down

Not in package and missing instructions

Arrived open and stuffed in box. Not in original package and no instructions. UPDATE: the company reached out to us to fix this. We reordered it and it came in BEAUTIFUL in a carrying case! They also gave us a price adjustment as the first one was a Black Friday deal and I was paying higher for the second one. Great customer service!

Pros
  • Large interior space allows you to comfortably store your belongings and move around inside the tent
Cons
  • Material may degrade over time when exposed to sunlight

Works with a roll bar

As you can see I needed this to work with a roll bar, which it does! The side flaps are not perfect, but it will do. I just threw this in to check it out and make sure it would work before overlanding. While I will adjust it to fit better when camping, it will obviously work. The tent material is very thin. While this makes it very lightweight, I don’t know how durable it will be and how long it will last. I will say it seems to be good quality and was very simple to put together. The poles…

Pros
  • Easily accessible entrance and exit, making it easy to move in and out of the tent
Cons
  • The tent may impair the driver's vision and obstruct mirrors

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Love the idea of it but. . .

Concept and use is awesome however it was not as sturdy in the seem and ties area. The tie down areas came apart when securing to my truck. All in all it was great for the 2 nights we used it but we would loved to have kept it if it was going to withstand more than 1 day. On another good note, the distributor reached out to me asap. I just didn't check my email and didn't see it for some time. If you're a camper/outdoor person, you know how important it is to have sturdy equipment and want it…

GAMECHANGER in my review

Loved camping in the bed of my truck. Somewhat east to setup. Three major poles. I have a 08 Silverado short bed and it fit well enough. Threw a twin in there. Much better than a normal tent

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable and cozy environment, even in cold and wet weather
Cons
  • May require a professional installation, which adds to the overall cost
