The picture is misconceiving as it looks like it's gel bubbles. Not really sure where they're heading to maintenance a speech bubble is just filled with air.

I like the comfort, I bought it when I drove from Ohio to Arizona, and it definitely made a difference. The only complaint I have is that the strap on the back that holds it up on the seat broke after the first day, it needed to be a little bigger. I have van bucket seat, so it might be a little bigger than a car, but not by much. So now I have to pull it up before I can sit on it, but I still use it because it's comfortable.

I don't like to make reviews before trying the product for a time, but I'm kind of excited about this one. Came in time, very well packed and it fits my car seat perfectly! The strap broke on day 2. It's in the back seat now on the floor. I will use it some, but not very often. It's thinner than I thought. It doesn't feel real supportive. I see you have some good reviews. Maybe, it has worked for some people.

This was a perfect gift for someone who spends long amount of time in their vehicle. So if you are looking for something different but effective for a friend or spouse I suggest this. I am so very glad that I purchased this cushion! I suffer from low back pain and drive every day. Even though I drive a SUV and the seat is elevated I still feel a bit uncomfortable in the seat. This cushion is wonderful with the padded"bubbles" that provide you with that extra support and comfort needed when driving. A good buy and a must for the person who drives often and for long periods of time.

The Massager is for my brother in-law, but I tried it and liked it, very comfortable! He sits for long periods at a time and I believe he would benefit from the massager.

As a Limo driver in town this item is a nice purchase. However, as for long distance traveling It did not give me that back massage feel.

The seat does not provide a soft cushion comfort, however, it does provide some support. If you have a large car seat, the back strap is not large enough to fit over the seat. I did put the strap over my truck seat and it snapped and broke. It is very light weight and without the strap to hold the back, it slips off of the seat.

Have not used item on a long drive yet, only local driving. Comfortable but not as thick as I hoped. Elastic strap should be adjustable. Just barely got around seat back in my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I bought this for long drives when my back would start really hurting me. This seat cushion eliminated my back pain from long drives. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because seat cushion slips partway off of my Jeep seat.

The one elastic strap that's supposed to hold it in place on your seat was too small to fit around my seat well. It moved around every time I would get out. The strap snapped off within a day of use. I used a cheap elastic strap from the hardware store to secure the mat where the backrest meets the seat. It seems to be holding well now. Doesn't move around as much.
