First, the bad - When I received this cover, the vendor of it was selling it as new. When it arrived, it was obvious that the part had been opened by a customer, returned, and then shipped to me. The nuts and bolts were in zip-loc baggies, and other parts were randomly strewn about the box. So, i took a careful inventory of the parts i had, and started assembling the cover. This cover is fantastic. with this installed, the only way someone will get into your bed is with a crowbar or huge screwdriver- they're going to have to damage something serious in order to open it. I love the way it looks and feel much less worry when I have items in the back. No one is going to come by with a knife and just cut this bad boy open!

First, this covers leaks! Not a huge amount, but enough to be aggravating picture attach) Second the felt on inside has come unglued (picture attached) Third, the cover saggs near cab (picture attached), so after a rain I always have a puddle (lake) of water you can clearly see in the picture. I do find the topper easy to use, so I love the roll up feature over the fold up type or hard cover type. Makes it easy to haul items that are higher than bed rails.

Bought this cover and it started falling apart within a 1 1/2 years and completely failed in about 2 1/2 years. First the felt underneath the cover fell off. And contacted Bak and they sent new felt and once looked at what they sent there was no way to install it. About a year later the vinyl on top cracked and the very back piece separated and fell off. Completely POS. Tried to warranty the cover and contact the third part seller by email and phone and they wouldn’t respond. Then the warranty…

I recently installed this cover on my 2018 GMC 2500. It's letting in water, which is freezing and making it impossible to open the cover. One of the rubber seals is separating from the cover at the end. The tracks the cover rolls up on are not very robust. I think they could become damaged easily by loading firewood, or doing other trucky stuff. For the price, this cover should be better. It was pretty easy to install, appears to add a good level of security, and otherwise seems well…

30 min install on my Silverado, and looks and functions awesome. No tonneau cover is 100% water tight, so can't fault the very small gaps in the 4 corners. Only time will tell about longevity, but comes with a 3 year warranty. Had the Bak2 tri-fold on a Tundra, and love the way this one rolls up and doesn't cover the back window, or bump against the cab.

Leaks a little when it rains right at the tailgate door. The water travels in about a foot. Also leaks a little in one corner by the cab.Only had it a few months but really like the way it rolls up so far. I would recommend it for the ease of installation, security and the convenience of being able to roll it up to make use of most of the bed. Just deal with the leaking. Can't figure out a way to solve that problem .

Installed this on a 2015 Chevy Silverado HD and installation was quick. Very easy to remove on and off the truck if necessary. It folds up nicely on the truck and does not take away too much from the bed of the truck. I can still fit a ATV in the bed of the truck with this installed and the tailgate down. This bed cover, for 1 full year was great. After that, it completely came apart. The black cover let loose, and is rolling up from all sides. The black velvet underneath completely came off, both sides. The rubber strip on both sides shrank at least 2 inches. It leaks all along both sides, and all four corners. Was easy to install if you are handy. Looks nice, feels sturdy and allows you to still put tall items in the bed of the truck when you need to. However, it does not provide a waterproof seal.

This was perfect, seals great, super clean looking and couldn't be easier to install. I've owned cheaper ones in the past and you definitely get what you pay for If you want a product that's going to last, keep sticky fingers away and the weather out, then BAK is the way to go.

Great product! No leaks, slim profile and easy to install. Seller was great too. I experienced some damage in the shipping process, but they had it resolved in a matter of days. I would definitely purchase from overstock auto again.

You better hope you like it because they will NOT take it back for any reason. I installed it on my truck and I do t like the way it fits. I think this is an awesome concept. Strong, easy to install. Designed to lay flat. Was clearly sent the wrong rails along with it. Bak industries sent me the correct ones within 1 week. It would be 5 stars if the rubber seals running along the bed walls would lay flat instead of buckling. I may have to try a heat gun or something to flatten the rubber seals.

This product was purchased in mid-2016 so more than 3 years experience with it.InstallationInstallation was easy enough by 1) ordering the correct part and 2) carefully following the instructions. It was installed by one person (me) with no issues that I recall, other than a little fiddling to get it lined up correctly.One very disappointing thing was a pretty clear quality control issue. Love the cover. Came as advertised, works great and allows me to use the entire bed of my truck. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because I think they could have done a better job with the seals. A little water dose get in the bed from the front corner. After spending an hour moving and installing this, I unrolled the top and found that it was damaged. A total waste of my time and energy just to have to un-install it, re-pack it and spend 20 minutes on the phone with Revain for a refund.
