This is my second BackFlip, got the last one in 2013 for my ‘07 Colorado and it was still going strong when I traded up to a Silverado. As a handyman I use it everyday, multiple times a day. Packaging was excellent, even the dinged box did not damage the product inside. Good instructions, Simple to install, clamps, etc. One hiccup was the installation of the buckle ends in the pre-drilled holes (Step 10). There was a myriad of aluminum chips that interfered with the installation. It required almost double the time to install because of the chip removal with a screwdriver and chip cutter and then vacuuming up all the chips. Received it and packaging was great, no issues box in tact. Unfolded it and the last section had about a 1.5" dent in it, so deep that it exposed the undertone, white, so it really stands out. Well wasn't a hard install, after doing it and then opening and closing the black portion needs some more engineering done for it, when you open it along the joints it will sometimes come out of the channels and bulge that portion that is in the picture, fix one side and the other side does it, then presto it is fixed so water could travel in there if you don't take the time to fix it, maybe a manufacture defect or just what it does or maybe someone could take a pry bar and stick it in there…

The tonneau cover arrived with no apparent damage. It was fairly easy to install with 2 people. I had to cut a notch out of the bed liner but it was no big deal. After it was installed, I noticed a small dent on the back of one panel, but you can’t see it unless it’s fully open. It does not affect the appearance or function of the cover. Overall, it’s a great product. I would recommend this product. I would buy it again. I’m happy with it.

Easy to install yourself. Aligning it so each fastened section grabs properly takes a little diligence, no biggie. Second time really used, one of the cables pulled right out of its attachment. Just installed and so far I like it a lot. Sometimes the cables are hard to find to flip, but I attached a zip tie to each one so no it’s there. The only problem I had was I was sent the wrong rails. They fit my bed, but the strut that holds it against my back window was too long. I called Bak and they sent me two more no charge. I have had multiple different styles of tonneau covers and caps over the years and this is by far the most versatile. Not having to completely remove the cover to load something large is absolutely perfect. The cover was very easy to install and it looks great. I would absolutely buy this again.

The cover is heavy duty and looks great. Installation fairly easy. Haven't had any water on it so far. Dust does collect in box but plan on sealing around tailgate and on top of box. Would definitely buy again.

Went together as easy as could be. just follow there directions. I have had other truck covers but this one is the most secure and easy to use. Worth every penny (dollar).

2016 Silverado crew cab 5ft 8in bed. Simple install. Looks good and feels sturdy enough. It’s a cheaper than other covers but it’s still nice enough. It doesn’t look cheap in my opinion. Other covers were way over a grand so I settled for this one and it gets the job done. Quick shipping as well.
