I purchased this tent just before hunting season. On my trip I took it out and put it up. Slept in it for 2 nights and then relocated. At this time, the tent had been functioning as intended. While hunting late season, I went to put up the tent and I heard a "tearing" sound. This was just a quick audible sound. After inspection, I had found that the tent-pole pocket that had been sewn into the tent itself, had started to tear away from the tent. Of course, it was beyond its return window. Well, I figured I would reach out to their customer service dept. and hope for the best. I was genuinely surprised when I received a reply. I had provided a pic of the damaged area. The company asked if I wanted a replacement, to which I said yes as I did want a replacement. I really like the idea of this type of tent and this companies customer service was really good. Hopefully the new tent will last longer than the original one but, only time will tell. I haven't had a chance to use the replacement one this year.but we will see next year.
