Update: 6/13/22 after reaching out to the company the staff was prompt and helpful in sending out replacement poles. The communications were quick and polite, they shipped the replacement poles immediately, I received them sooner than expected. The service alone warrants the five star rating.Update: on the second use the longer door pole has begun to split despite following the directions and take care to be sure the poles were installed correctly. If the company makes good on it I’ll readjust my rating.Used it for the first time last week beach camping. It was easier to setup and breakdown the second time. Overall, there was condensation on the wall in the morning which is to be expected for a single walled tent, it kept me dry and out of the wind. I like it for the money.
